Jaffna Independent MP Ramanathan Archchuna created a commotion in Parliament yesterday, resulting in Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne deciding to expunge various statements he made.
The commotion took place when the MP raised a privilege issue regarding his recent arrest in Anuradhapura.
The Speaker decided to expunge degrading remarks made by the Ramanathan Archchuna MP in the House.
